Superior Home Services, Inc. (“SHS,” “we,” “us”) provides warranty, punch list, and repair services for homebuilders and property owners. We’re located at 210 Estates Dr., Suite 208, Roseville, CA 95678.

Names, phone numbers, email addresses and job site addresses provided by our employees, builder clients, homeowners and vendors
The content of calls and text messages exchanged with us

From our builder clients, who provide homeowner contact details so we can schedule warranty and service work

How we share it
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share information only with:
Service providers that help us run our business (for example, phone, software and payroll providers), and only as needed to provide their services to us
The builder or property owner a job is performed for, as part of completing that job
Government agencies or others when required by law
Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Text messaging
SHS sends text messages about job assignments, schedules, appointments and service updates. We do not send marketing texts.
Who receives texts: employees who provide their mobile number and agree to receive work-related texts, and homeowners, builders or vendors who text us first or ask to receive updates by text.
Frequency: message frequency varies based on scheduled work.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.

You can ask us to update your contact information or stop contacting you by calling 916-899-5462 or emailing privacy@superiorhomeservices.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure.
Do Not Track
Our website does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. We do not track visitors across other websites.
